Jérôme Pétrignet

is a graduate of the Paris II Faculty of Law with a Master's degree in business law and a DESS post-graduate qualification in business law and taxation, and of the Grenoble Institute of Political Studies (Economics and Finance section). He is also trained in alternative dispute resolution.

PRACTICE AREAS

After gaining almost 20 years' experience in major national and international firms, Jérôme founded the LEGISTER law firm which has now merged with ENTHEMIS.

Jérôme mainly practices company law, including on behalf of listed companies, in asset sales and acquisitions, raising funding, partner relations, business transfers and contract drafting and negotiation.

He is a member of business transfer organisations and regularly runs technical training courses or sessions for training institutes or clients.
